RAINBOW KENNEL is located in scenic Cambridge,Vermont (Jeffersonville, VT mailing address), 45 minutes east of Burlington. We are about 4 hours from Boston. We specialize in American Cocker Spaniels and hybrid Cockapoos. We have been breeding beautiful quality puppies for 14 years. Our American Cocker Spaniels are bred to AKC Standards and are exceptional. Our popular hybrid Cockapoos are a wonderful combo of one of our toy/mini poodle males and one of our cocker spaniel females. Our puppies have wonderful family-oriented sweet temperaments. Most are ball chasers by nature! We promote responsible pet ownership, give advice freely and sell all pups with a spay/neuter agreement. We do place pups in families with young children, however we recommend male pups to families with children under age 8 (its not ingrained in stone, please call and I will tell you why males are preferable for young children.) It is our recommendation (though not a requirement) that the youngest child in the family be 4 years old before considering a puppy. All pups are thoroughly vet checked, have first vaccination(s), are dewormed and have a full one-year health warrantee for congenital defects and hereditary disease starting on pickup date.
Payment terms: Cash, bank check or money order(bank or postal only) or paypal (chargecard or debit card) for deposit, Cash for final payment at pickup or paypal payment enough in advance (we must verify receipt). Sorry no personal checks are accepted. We are now able to accept charge card payments thru PAYPAL. We enjoy hearing from you by phone, but as we are available to our clients 7 days a week PLEASE limit inquiry phone calls from 9 am to 7 pm eastern. Best time to reach us by phone currently is mornings or early evenings. If I don't answer your email in what you feel is a reasonable time frame please call me as the email may have gotten lost in my bulk mail. Because we are in the horse barn at times and have been missing phone calls, we have recently added voice mail capabilities to our phone and unlimited long distance throughout the US and Canada so if we don't answer the phone please leave a message, your phone# and the best time to reach you.
